All ginger shots are shipped in insulated packaging with ice packs to ensure they remain fresh and properly chilled throughout transit. Gels are shelf-stable and shipped in standard, non-refrigerated packaging.
We recommend 1–2 shots a day. Many customers rotate between our products for variety. If you'd like an extra boost, you can go up to 3 a day. We don't recommend more than that, because concentrated ginger can upset your stomach. If you're pregnant or nursing, take blood thinners or diabetes medication, or have a medical condition, check with your doctor before using ginger supplements.
If you are taking medications, particularly blood thinners or diabetes medications, we advise consulting your healthcare provider before using ginger shots, as ginger may interact with certain medications.
Our ginger shots are certified USDA Organic and kosher. Our liposomal gels contain organic turmeric and ginger, but the binding ingredients their liposomal technology needs were not all available in fully organic, kosher form.
Ginger may help alleviate nausea during pregnancy; however, we strongly recommend consulting your healthcare provider before incorporating concentrated ginger supplements into your routine.
