HOW DO I CHANGE MY ORDER?

Are your products organic and Non-GMO?

All our products only contain USDA Organic Certification and NON-GMO ingredients.

Where is your production facility?

We proudly make our products in New York and Connecticut, home to the highest quality and freshest produce in the country. We intentionally placed our production facilities in close proximity to many of the local farm fields where we source our produce from.

I would like your products to be offered at my local store. How do I request that they carry GNGR?

Visit the customer service desk at your local store and request to speak to the person in charge. You can suggest they reach out to our sales team who can be contacted at sales@gngrlabs.com.

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

Ordering GNGR Labs products is simple: click the shop now section, select a minimum of 12 bottles of shots or beverages and follow the instructions!

MY SHIPMENT WAS DAMAGED. WHAT DO I DO?

Sorry to hear that. Email us at orders@gngrlabs.com with an image of the damage and we will re-ship your replacement product free of charge.

CAN I DRINK THE SHOTS OR BEVERAGES IF THEY ARE WARM?

Our products should be kept refrigerated. We do not recommend consuming them when warm. Please read the label to follow the guidelines of storing our shots and beverages.

Shipping

What is your nationwide shipping schedule?

All orders placed by 12pm EST are shipped the following business day via Overnight or 2-Day delivery. The shipping method is determined by region and shipping address. Please note that an order placed on a Friday or later will not be processed until the Monday of the following week. Orders are not shipped on Fridays, weekends, or major holidays. Orders are delivered from Tuesdays to Saturdays.

How are the shots and beverages shipped?

All orders are shipped with insulated packaging and ice packs so that your products arrive cold. Due to the perishable nature of products, they need to be refrigerated all the time, and once received must be stored in a refrigerator.

When will I receive my order?

Once your order is processed for delivery you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number. We are based in New York and we process orders first in first out. All orders are shipped Monday - Friday. If you order later in the week and there are not enough days in transit to allow for the package to arrive by Friday (commercial address) or Saturday (home delivery), your order will be held for shipment until the following week. Occasionally we experience a high demand so it takes us longer than usual. Rest assured that we will get your order out as fast as possible.
